Jon Howard

Jon Howard has over 25 years in the marketing/sales business. He began his career as an international model working in Milan, London, Dallas & Los Angeles. His clients included Dr. Pepper, Radio Shack, Welch’s, Neiman Marcus, Wal-Mart, Macy’s, Marks & Spencer & Easy Rider. He has also worked in Real Estate and Mortgage banking and was the Marketing Director for EcoUsable Inc. He has extensive experience in trade show set-ups and execution, sponsorships, demo marketing, print ad campaigns, social media and brand building. He & Jay launched A.I.P. in 2007 to fill a niche market that is able to help small to medium companies reach the next level of business utilizing a tried and true grassroots approach combined with 21st century social media.

Jon is also a professional musician, a songwriter, a life long runner and tri-athlete. He has traveled extensively and is also an eco warrior having sailed with the 5 Gyres project in 2010 to research plastic pollution in the North Atlantic.

Jay Coelho

Jay has over 20 years experience in promotions, marketing and event production with a foundation that started as a performing artist in Hawaii and led to New York City.  Jay’s background in acting and dance is what helped launch her promotional marketing career. Working on street team campaigns and trade shows, Jay represented such diverse companies as the Sci-Fi Network, Turner Classic Movies, Health Rider and DEWARS Scotch in New York City.  In 1996 Jay relocated to Los Angeles where she continued to build her business in event management and production.  Some of her work includes working as the associate producer for LOHAS, the coordinating producer for the 2008 & 2009 Eco Gift Festivals, the Social Space Manager for TED 2011 and the Event & Sponsorship Director for EcoUsable Inc. Jay also owns and operates Botanical Expressions, a floral design company specializing in Green & Sustainable floral design.

An avid health and fitness enthusiast Jay can often be found lifting weights in the gym, rollerblading along the beach, running on a soccer field or hiking a nearby trail.
